At Dresses & Jumpsuits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
